| Symbol | Transaction Type | # Shares Traded | Recent Price $ | Shares Owned After Trade | % Portfolio |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|

| MRVL | Buy | 55 | 233.78 | 945 | 3.7 |
| ROBO | Buy | 425 | 75.52 | 1,390 | 1.7 |
After you receive this alert, the Portfolio will make the following trades:
— Buy 40 shares of Broadcom (AVGO) at or near $341. Following the trade, we will own 665 AVGO shares, accounting for roughly 3.75% of the Pro Portfolio’s assets.
— Buy 55 shares of Marvell (MRVL) at or near $239. Following the trade, we will own 945 MRVL shares, accounting for roughly 3.75% of the Pro Portfolio’s assets. We are also lifting our rating to One from Two.
— Buy 425 shares of the ROBO Global Robotics & Automation Index ETF (ROBO) at or near $75.50. Following the trade, we will own 1,390 ROBO shares, accounting for roughly 1.75% of the Pro Portfolio’s assets.
We are once again making a few small moves with the Portfolio’s capital, using the recent funding announcements for SpaceX (SPCX), Anthropic-Broadcom (AVGO), and Meta (META) to do so. Complementing the funding relief those transactions are likely to evoke, are the beat-and-raise quarters reported this morning from Celestica (CLS) and Cadence Design (CDNS).
As we see it, Celestica’s 83% revenue growth, record margins and comment that customer 2028 forecasts are meaningfully above 2027 point to sustained hyperscaler AI networking and compute demand. Celestica also issued its initial 2027 outlook, projecting revenue of $40 billion, up 90% year over year and well ahead of the market consensus of $37.98 billion. That supports our decision to add to AVGO and MRVL shares and reaffirms last week’s addition to the Portfolio’s position in Arista Networks (ANET).
Turning to Cadence, its record backlog signals strong AI chip design activity for Nvidia (NVDA), Broadcom and Marvell.
We will also lift our rating on MRVL shares to One from Two, landing in the same category as AVGO and NVDA.
Meanwhile, recognizing that just under half of the ROBO ETF’s end-market exposure comes from computing and AI, actuation, sensing and integration, we’ll use the October pullback in ROBO shares to build up our position size.
As we make these moves, we will maintain our respective checkpoints for these three holdings.
The above buys increase the Portfolio’s respective share counts as follows:
AVGO: 6%
MRVL: 6%
ROBO: 44%
With quarterly results from Microsoft (MSFT), Google (GOOGL), and Amazon (AMZN) on the horizon, shares of AVGO, MRVL, and ROBO could remain a bit volatile. Our focus, however, will remain on the overall demand for AI infrastructure and what the net capex spending across the hyperscalers and others means. With that in mind, we think you will find the conversation that we’ll share later today with the management team of Host Digital (HOST) pretty interesting.
Finally, the net result of these trades should leave us with ~9.25% of its assets in cash. That will afford us additional opportunities as we move through the balance of the current earnings season as well as bring one, maybe two new stocks into the Portfolio when the time is right.
