Today's top ETF losers are the funds with the largest percentage price declines in the regular session. Because a fund's price reflects a basket of holdings, a sharp drop usually points to a sector, country, commodity, or theme under pressure rather than to a single company event.
The list is limited to unleveraged funds with meaningful assets and trading volume, so the declines shown reflect the underlying market rather than thin trading. Click any ticker for its fund page and chart.
ETFs are ranked by percentage loss in the latest eligible session. The universe is US-listed ETFs with at least $100 million in assets under management and roughly $1 million in average daily dollar volume; leveraged and inverse funds are excluded. Rankings refresh on a 60-second server snapshot; displayed quotes update every few seconds while the session is open.
An ETF falls to the top of the losers list when it posts the largest percentage price decline of the session, usually because the sector, region, commodity, or theme it tracks sold off.
Leveraged and inverse funds reset daily and are built for short holding periods, so they move two or three times as much as the market on an ordinary day. Including them would fill the list with the same handful of products and hide what is happening in conventional funds.
Limiting the list to funds with meaningful assets and daily volume filters out thin products whose prices can gap on a handful of trades, keeping the ranking meaningful.
Rankings are recalculated on a 60-second snapshot, and the prices shown refresh every few seconds while the session is open.
