Subscribers can follow authors, contributors, stock tickers, and companies, and sign up to receive alert notifications when those authors, stocks or companies are mentioned or posted in TheStreet Pro subscription. This provides the best opportunity to act on any insights that are posted on pro.thestreet.com. Alerts are available for paid subscribers of TheStreet Pro only. Alerts are available via email and SMS text and you can subscribe to both or just one type of message. How do I log in to my account?

To access your TheStreet Pro subscription or account settings, you must be logged in. To log in to your account Via "Continue with Email" Select the option to "sign in with email," enter the email address associated with your subscription, and navigate to your email inbox. You will receive a log in link to access your TheStreet subscription. Via "Single Sign On" Select the channel you'd like to use to sign in. NOTE: Please keep in mind that to choose one of the single sign on options, the email address needs to match the channel you are selecting (e.g., sign in with Google needs a Gmail email address, sign in with Apple needs an Apple email address, etc.).

How do I cancel a subscription or turn off the auto renewal?

Follow the guidelines below to check your subscription end or renewal date. A renewal notice will be sent 30 days prior to your renewal date for annual subscriptions that are on continuous service. The notice will include the renewal date and price of the subscription. If your subscription is not on a continuous renewal you will need to contact customer support to set up the renewal.
