In today’s video, we mentioned comments from Albertsons ACI that consumers remain cautious and price sensitive, and that rekindled a recent dining experience we had. When the bill was presented, it had two prices listed — one if we paid by credit card, and a lower one if we opted to pay with cash.

We checked with family, friends and associates, and several shared a similar experience. That is prompting us to reach out to you to see if this may be more of a widespread development.

When you go out to eat and get your bill, are restaurants offering you a cash price that is lower than if you paid by credit card?
