After you receive this Alert, we will make the following trades:

-- Sell the remaining 225 shares of McDonald’s MCD at or near $276.30. This will close out the portfolio’s MCD position, with this last slug returning 0.0%.

-- Buy 750 shares of The Trade Desk TTD at or near $83.25. Following the trade, TTD shares will account for roughly 1.5% of the portfolio.

-- Buy 70 shares of Universal Display OLED at or near $155. Following the trade, OLED shares will account for roughly 3.6% of the portfolio.

We are closing out the portfolio’s position in MCD shares, using the market rebound to do so given our list of concerns about what lies ahead for the company.

We will use the proceeds from that move to fund our initial buy of Trade Desk shares, calling the name up from the Bullpen, with a $95 price target and a One rating.

We are also buying additional shares of Universal Display, keeping our $210 target in place, but upgrading the shares to a One rating.

We will have more detailed Alerts on why we are initiating TTD and buying more OLED shares to you shortly.

(Please note that we are looking to execute these trades at or near the share price mentioned above. Once the trade is completed, subscribers can see the trade's executed price here. Be sure to toggle the chart to sort by Purchase Date.)
