More New Features on TheStreet Pro

Back in July, I wrote about a series of new features that we’d launched. The most important of those was a new and improved login process that largely removes our old friends at Arena/Paradium. Since then, I’m happy to say, login issues are hugely reduced.

Back then, I also mentioned that we had launched an AI assistant that can be used to help summarize articles, provide data from TipRanks, and even let you know what our team collectively thinks of your favorite stock. Again, you can access the AI assistant by hitting the “Ask AI” button on the upper right of your screen. I hope you’re using it; it can be a valuable tool alongside the amazing research our team provides each day.

Earnings Calendar

The last thing I mentioned back in July was the Earnings Calendar. It’s still there, and I want you to know that it’s been improved, too! We’ve even added several market lists that include Most Actives, Gainers, Losers, and Pre- and Post-Market Movers.

First, let’s take a deeper look at the Earnings Calendar. A few things to notice:

  1. It’s filterable!
    1. So you can see the universe of stocks you’re most interested in, like S&P 500 constituents or stocks in the tech sector.
    1. You can even download the page and print it out as a resource while you’re trading.
  2. There’s also a lot of data. You can see the EPS and Revenue estimates as well as analyst ratings. Click the down arrow to the right of each stock’s data, and a panel appears that includes links to articles on TheStreet Pro, plus guidance and analysis from the prior earnings release. It’s really valuable and powered by our friends at TipRanks.

Stock Activity Lists

Lots of sites will include lists of most active stocks and ETFs as well as gainers and losers. Our version tells you why the stock is moving, too.

Just click the detailed version and “read more” to see an expanded analysis of why the stock is moving.

Again, just click “Markets” from the top navigation, and then select the list you’re interested in.

Stock Market Today

Stock Market Today is our live blog. Contributors can enter anything they’d like us to know, though we focus on important market-moving and economic news. There’s a community aspect, too, where you can leave comments for the team or discuss one of the posts.

You can find Stock Market Today via the link in the main navigation.

New Contributor: Neil Sethi

I hope you’re following Neil Sethi. He joined us in September after years of sharing great insights in the Daily Diary. Neil will be writing market commentary and stock ideas, too. Personally, I think his week ahead article, published on Sunday evenings, is a must-read. If you start the week off there, and then read Sarge’s daily Market Recon, Chris Versace’s 8 Key Items, and Peter Tchir’s market commentary, you’ll know everything you need to know about what’s going on in the markets.

That’s it for now. We hope you find these tools useful, and we’re not done. The team is hard at work to bring you even more new features.

If you’re happy with us, please tell your friends. If you’re not, tell me. I want to hear your feedback.
