VIDEO: Here's the Key Inflation Question Facing the Fed

In a recent appearance on Schwab Network, TheStreet Pro's Chris Versace touched on the key inflation data to watch.
"Focus is on core CPI," he said, adding that the question facing the Fed and investors will be "how much hotter than expected is the number?"
Chris believes a higher number could mean the Fed would be closer to cutting rates which means "bad news is good news" for some in the markets.
On the earnings front, he's watching CoreWeave CRWV this week as the company continues to demonstrate strong ties to mega-cap tech companies like Nvidia NVDA, Microsoft MSFT and Alphabet GOOGL. He says guidance will be key given the significant capex spending from hyperscalers.
