Several big Wall Street analysts have weighed in on several of our portfolio holdings and some have initiated price target changes.
Here's what we're hearing so far on these three stocks:
Nvidia NVDA: UBS sees “artificial intelligence labs are still upsizing and lengthening their instance commitments and enterprises are rapidly growing as a proportion of the demand mix.” It also reiterated its "Buy" rating on Nvidia and its $150 target
Costco COST: BMO Capital raised its price target on Costco to $950 from $875 and keeps an "Outperform" rating on the shares. That matches our price target for COST shares. When we pick through tomorrow’s July retail sales report, we suspect we will find confirmation that Costco continued to win consumer wallet share with its adjusted July U.S. comp sales of 6.3%
Trade Desk TTD: Last week, we boosted our price target on the shares to $120 from $110 and now Baird raised its target for TTD shares to $130 from $110, keeping its "Outperform" rating. Much like us, Baird sees the company’s momentum continuing as it “executes against a compelling set of new tailwinds/opportunities forming" in the second half of 2024 and fiscal 2025.”
Finally, stay tuned: We’ll have an Alphabet GOOGL-focused alert out today discussing what was announced at yesterday’s Made By event, as well as reports the Justice Department is considering asking for a breakup of Google.
At the time of publication, the Pro Portfolio was long GOOGL, COST, NVDA and TTD.
