This afternoon Nevada Gold's (UWN) stock lost over 10% of its value after the Santa Rosa Press Democrat reported on its Web site that California had denied the company a liquor license for its River Rock Casino in Sonoma, Calif.

This stock has been one headache after another, and we are going to sell our entire 300-share position here at $10.09. We have no time for poor performers in the portfolio, and this management team has done nothing but disappoint. Downgrades will be coming, we are sure.
