Model portfolio name Martha Stewart (MSO) is set to announce its quarterly results on Tuesday morning. This Alert is a preview of the company's numbers and we're not recommending any trades for the model portfolio.
The consensus analyst estimates call for Martha Stewart to lose $0.07 a share in the second quarter, compared with a loss of $0.04 a year ago, on $40.6 million of revenue. Management has exceeded bottom-line expectations five of the past six quarters.

Ahead of the results, we maintain our Two rating on the stock, which is currently changing hands around $2.43. We maintain that the company can unlock value from its core brands over the coming quarters and believe that the shares have limited downside potential.
