I just don't trust this company anymore. And once I can't trust management, I can't own the stock, no matter how good it is. I would have sold this stock earlier -- I have written that many times -- if it weren't for these darned restrictions. I have rules built up from 20 years of trading. The cardinal one: If you can't trust management, you can't own it. I never deviate from that rule. After you read this, I will sell 1,000 shares, all that I am allowed to today. Regards, James J.
