Correcting a Trade

I can't make a trade for the portfolio, but the reason to make it remains.

Once again, I'm hobbled by my trading restrictions. I thought I was cleared to execute my trade from the last Alert, "Shaving Shares," in which I told you readers I'd sell 1,000 shares of Yahoo! as soon as you read the Alert. But the legal team says that's not the case, so I'm unable to make the sale. I regret the confusion.

However, I want you readers to know that if I could, I still would use this early rally to pare back my stake in Yahoo! by 1,000 shares because I believe the near-term catalysts for this stock have now passed. I'd rather redeploy the capital into stocks with better potential for near-term upside than leave it where I think it's dead money.
